Kathryn Zimmerman’s web site describes her “studios,” grounded in the Alexander Technique, and more than 25 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering curriculum, training programs, workshops/classes, and individualized learning experiences. Many individuals are attracted to the Alexander Technique because they have experienced physical problems or because of an interest in improving performance.

Neil Douglas-Klotz (Sufi Saadi Shakur Chisti), a long-time AHP member from Edinburgh, Scotland, links his site to ahpweb.org. Abwoon is an Aramaic word for the power of the Universe to give birth to new life, every instant. The Abwoon Study Circle focuses on the research and study of Native Middle Eastern Mysticism. Methods of learning include expanded translation and interpretation, body awareness and walking meditation, spiritual practice, and Dances of Universal Peace.

Viviane Carson’s hypnotherapy holistic center web site offers the opportunity to achieve any personal goals, to learn about the special and unique gifts that are within, and to get in touch with the inner capacity to create lifelong changes. She has developed her methodology called Psychobiophysical Healing, to help people overcome problems or to actualize desires in an effective way, in a short span of time, without having to use drugs or any other artificial means to attain their goals.

Margaret Dubay Mikus conducts a series of four interrelated workshops, Expanding Our Possibilities of Full Blooming. The series are designed to teach new tools that are easy, gentle, and powerful, addressing the needs of body, mind, and spirit. The Interplay Curriculum is a comprehensive program in self-esteem and social skills based on more than 1000 children’s games, helping people from all over the world learn how to enrich their lives through cooperative, open-ended, spontaneous games. Learn how to play and let your “silly” out to simply have fun. Seldom does the adult in us get to play with high consciousness—high play facilitates the kind of communication to share energy and joy.

Schumacher College, based in Devonshire, England, UK, is an international center for ecological studies that welcomes course participants from all over the world. The College runs short courses on ecological issues and a one-year M.Sc. in Holistic Science, the first such postgraduate program in the world.

Council for Diversified Psychology web site includes an Introduction to Humanistic Psychology which comes from the AHP web site. Other parts of the site are writings on the history of Humanistic Psychology, an online library, and an online bookstore (from AHP’s site also).

The PsychoSpiritual Research Institute (PSRI) is an online institute for the study and enhancement of consciousness and psychospiritual transformation. PSRI publishes the Interdisciplinary Journal of Psychospiritual Transformation and is founded on a holistic, interdisciplinary, and eclectic philosophy that is informed by the ancient knowledge of great spiritual traditions. The goal is to identify common characteristics across a wide variety of data that can be used in understanding and enhancing the psychological changes associated with spiritual development.

The Open Repository Of Transpersonal Experiences (TOROTE) is an online archive of transpersonal experiences. Personal experiences, events, and abilities outside “acceptable” norms have always occurred. When they do happen, they can sometimes be life-changing and/or life-enhancing, often leading to a change of direction; they may be psychological, mystical, spiritual, psychic, offering deep insight, giving an unexpected point of view or maybe knowledge that would not otherwise be available.

Eating Disorder Referral and Information Center provides information and treatment resources for all forms of eating disorders. The goal is to provide assistance, in the form of information and resources, to those suffering with eating disorders to get them started on the road to recovery and healthy living.

Collective Heritage Institute (CHI) seeks to cultivate and disseminate environmental solutions to national and global audiences, educating, inspiring, and equipping people toward effective action. CHI conducts public education through conferences, workshops, and the media, to promote understanding of the human/nature relationship and to revitalize our cultural and spiritual connection with the natural world.
